THIRD WEEK ( 17 JAN to 20 JAN)

 Due to the rise in covid-19 cases the Government has decided to convert the school classes from 1 to 9 into online mode again. We got four working days in the week. Got enough classes and could complete some lessons. There was a teacher observation in 18th jan, Tuesday. Teacher observed one of my 8th standard class on that day. I was taking the lesson 'Heat capacity'. Teacher gave me satisfactory feedback and also mentioned some weak points about ny class. I realized that i need to improve more. Rest of the daya I was focusing on completing maximum lessons before the closure of the school. 

The Awareness Class 

         As a part of the B. Ed.  curriculum, we conducted a school based activity that is an awareness clasa in collaboration with our RRVGHSS, Kilimanoor. We requested the Headmistress the permission for conducting a class. Then she suggested to take a motivation class on 'SSLC Fear' and an awareness class on 'Over use of mobile phones'. We were happy to take a subject which the headmistress and the teachers recommend for. The class was scheduled at 19/01/2022 on 1 30 pm. Twenty four students assigned in a classroom and we took a two hour class for them. 

I took the SSLC motivation class. I included the subtopics information, self awareness, time management, clean mind and environment, social fear etc in my presentation. The students are very cooperative and enthusiastic ti to attend the class. After the whole session we distributed a feedback form to the students and we got satisfactory feedback

The classes are turned to online classes from 21st Jan onwards. We, teacher trainees got the permission to take classes online. But the school prefer classes as voice notes on whatsapp so that all students have access. We requested the permission for taking classes on google meet platform also. We got the permission to take the classes kn Google meet along with the classes through whatsapp. We met the corresponding class teachers of eighth and ninth standards and we were added to the class whatsapp groups. Little bit confused to take online classes from next day onwards. Hope it will also be a better experience.
