Fourth week (24Jan to 29Jan)

 Online classes were started from this week. There were many students struggles due to network issues. So it is difficult for all to join in a google meet and attend class properly. So the school administration suggests to take classes on whatsapp as well as through Google meet. We used to send voice notes explaining the topics and relevant videos, pictures and PowerPoint slides through whatsapp groups. And then we taught the same topics through Google meet also.        The students were very active in online classes too. They have given proper responses and that made the classes interactive. There is no specific school tome table for online classes and we get aa much as classes we want. In the week end, 29th January we conducted an online awareness programme for 10th standard students. It was the same session we took ofline im the previous week. The students who were not able to attend the online sessions were invited to join in the online awareness programme. ...

THIRD WEEK ( 17 JAN to 20 JAN)

 Due to the rise in covid-19 cases the Government has decided to convert the school classes from 1 to 9 into online mode again. We got four working days in the week. Got enough classes and could complete some lessons. There was a teacher observation in 18th jan, Tuesday. Teacher observed one of my 8th standard class on that day. I was taking the lesson 'Heat capacity'. Teacher gave me satisfactory feedback and also mentioned some weak points about ny class. I realized that i need to improve more. Rest of the daya I was focusing on completing maximum lessons before the closure of the school.  The Awareness Class           As a part of the B.  SECOND WEEK - SCHOOL TRAINING PROGRAM The second week in the school was much more interesting. I feel like there is little improvement in my confidence and in my teaching. There were only four working days in the week. We asked the HM for any additional duties which we can do in the school. Teacher assigned us in the covid19 duty. We need to reach the school before 9 in the morning and need to check the temperature of students and teachers entering the school and also provide hand sanitizer. I feel glad to do some extra duties like this along with classroom teaching. 'Desabhimani - Aksharamuttam' quiz was conducted on the school on 12th January 1 00 pm. I also had the charge to conduct the quiz. After lunch I along with some of my co teacher trainees arranged the ' Sarga sagaram' hall for the quiz. We assisted the teachers for conducting quiz. TEACHING PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

  Weekly  Reflection 4 Jan - 7 Jan 2022 As a part of B.Ed. curriculum, we were sent to different schools for teacher training programme.  I was assigned to practice at RRVGHSS Kilimanoor. There were eight teaching trainees including me from Physical science and Social science departments . School overview :     RRVGHSS is located at Kilimanoor - ponganadu road near the Kilimanoor sub registrar office. There are four divisions for both 8th and 9th classes. There is only one Malayalam medium classroom in both standards. Rest of the divisions are English medium classes. I was assigned to teach Chemistry in  8B , 9B  , 9C classes. Due to the covid situation, each divisions are again split in to two batches. The first batch has their classes on monday to wednesday and the second batch has their classes on thursday to saturday.
